An Act mandating the sale of the Alaska Railroad; and providing               
for an effective date.

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 136(STA)                                                
An Act relating to the establishment and operation of the Alaska              
Railroad Commission to determine whether sale of the Alaska                    
Railroad is in the best interest of the state; and providing for an            
effective date.
